ORDERS
Once an order has been placed you will receive confirmation of the transaction via email.
We also offer a back order system if your order is out of stock.
DELIVERY
All prices and delivery charges are clearly stated at the time of ordering. Goods will be dispatched usually within 2 - 5 working days. Goods will either be sent 1st class, Recorded delivery, or by Parcel force for larger orders. Both services can take up to 3 working days. lost in the post.
Deliverys will be made by the Post Office. When sent as recorded delivery we cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has been made, if the courier returns the parcel to ourselves because no signature could be obtained. We will need to re-charge carriage costs to re-send. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to keep our website as up to date as possible with regards to stock availability. However, occasionally we can be out of stock of certain items. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of an expected delivery date.
RETURNS
All products must be returned in their original condition for our inspection. We rely on the customer to order the correct sizes and quantities. Any costs involved in exchanging the product, provided it has been dispatched correctly, must be paid by the customer.
NOTE: If returning goods for any reason make sure you contact us first within 7 days of your order.
NOTE: Bespoke items can not be returned or exchanged.
